Question: Why are the afternoon courses cheaper than the
morning courses?
Answer:

The morning courses are more popular, so we offer lower fees for the afternoon. The quality of the course and teaching is the same.

   
Question: Do you offer evening courses?
Answer:

Yes, we have a part-time evening course and a late afternoon course.

   
Question: Do you offer part-time courses?
Answer:

Yes, we offer part-time courses during the the evening. (These courses are not suitable for Visa Applications)

   
Question: Do you offer courses for children?
Answer:

Yes, children accompanied by an adult are accepted on our Family Summer in London course in July and August.

   
Question: Is there an entry test of my English?
Answer:

On arrival you will take a test to determine your level of English, and will be placed in a class with other students of the same level. There are 7 levels in Frances King.
You can also check your level now with our Online Placement Test.

   
Question: Where do your students come from?
Answer:

Frances King teaches students from more than 80 different countries and the exact nationality mix varies with the season. 50% of our students come from Western Europe, 20% from the Far East, 16% from Latin America, 9% from Eastern Europe, 4% from the Middle East and the remainder from the rest of the world.

   
Question: What age are your students?
Answer:

The minimum age for Standard Courses is 16 and 50% of students are aged 19-25, 26% 26-35, 10% 16-18, 5% 36-45 and the rest 46 or older. The minimum age for Club 8 courses is 23 and 67% are aged 23-35, 15% 36-45 and the rest 46 or older.

   
Question: What is the difference between Standard, Superior and
Executive Homestays?
Answer:

All Frances King Homestays are of a high standard, but Superior Homestays are in particularly good areas of London, excellently decorated, and provide a very high standard of cooking and better bathroom facilities. Executive homestays are in excellent areas with private bathroom facilities.

   
Question: When do I have to pay?
Answer:

15 days before arrival in London. For late bookings all fees must be paid in full when you enrol.

You can pay by:
International Bank Transfer to our bank.
Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) through our secure online payment system.
Sterling cheque drawn on an English bank account
Eurocheque (+ £20 supplement)
