"This year Frances King is 35 years old – and now more than 4000 students a year choose to come to London to learn English with us.

Our centres are in two of central London’s most prestigious and attractive areas – Kensington and Marylebone. And London itself offers the enormous variety of attractions and interest of a world city.

As a large school, we are able to offer programmes for general learners, business and professional people, young working people, university students, teachers and families. There really is something for everyone. You can even start learning before you come to London with our unique Internet learning system and keep learning when you go home.

I am proud of the teaching and care we provide for all our students. All our staff - the Student Advisors, Directors of Studies, Teachers, Accommodation Advisors and Social Organisers - are dedicated to making your stay in London enjoyable and a success.

Directors of Studies

Each of our centres has a Director of Studies, who is in charge of the teachers and courses in that centre. They are supported by Assistant Directors of Studies and a One-to-One & Executive Courses Co-ordinator.

Teachers

We employ a total of around 40 teachers year-round and up to 55 during our busy summer months. All our teachers have a TEFL certificate or diploma and a minimum of 1 year’s experience.

Social Programme Co-ordinator

Our Social Programme Co-ordinator is responsible for running the Frances King Social Programme. Teachers are also involved in accompanying the students on certain activities.
